The method of sending e-mail messages

The facility to prepare e-mail message is available in the e-mail software. We can use Wordstar, Word or Power Point for preparing the message and this can be attached and send as e-mail. After the entry (typed message), we can again think about the message whether we ought to send it or not. Internet can be disconnected as soon as we send the email. Although our part of the job of sending e-mail is over, the process of e-mail to reach the destination continues. First the message reaches the Router through the telephone network. The Router software verifies the e-mail ID and passes it to other network or computer as per the ID. Before reaching the destination, the e-mail travels through telephone lines, fibre optics, submarine cables, software channels etc. It all happening within no seconds and that is the importance of email in current scenario.
