PMKVY SCHEMES FOR SKILL DEVELOPMENT It is known as PMKVY (Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana), which is meant for Skill Development in students, is a flagship scheme of the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE). Scheme Guidelines of PMKVY Students can undergo industry relevant skill training, under this scheme, which will help them to secure a better livelihood.
