How apple is benefits us?
We all are interested to eat apples. Right…. But we do not know what we are getting / what is the benefit of eating an apple? Apple is a well known food as a cleanser. It contains fiber, antioxidants and fruit flavanoids. Quercetin is the most important flavonoids contained in an Apple. 
Benefits of Apple
Green Apples are more useful than red apples as it contains more Vitamin C. Apples can reduce cholesterol levels in blood, counter constipation and diarrhea.  It also helps joint problems and prevents diseases in general.

One can eat one or two apples a day and as you know it can be eaten freely. But more than 2 apples per day does not increase any health benefits.  It is well known that apples are best eaten raw. Do not cook them as it cause reduction of Flavonoids. While cooking around 70-80% of flavonoids reduce in to the cooking water.  Other great benefit is to eat apples unpeeled as flavonoids are contained very near the skin.
