Bitter Gourd – one of the common vegetables used in Thailand, Vietnam, China, Philippines and off course India. The scientific name of bitter gourd is momordica charantai and is a source of all necessary vitamins and minerals such as, vitamin A, B1, B2, Iron, Pottassium, Calcium, Phosphorous, copper etc.

Regular use of bitter gourd will help you to prevent so many diseases like indigestion, eye complication, hypertension etc, as the purification of blood tissues and stimulation of liver functions became so smoothly. There are so many diseases will be cured by using this magnificent vegetable.

Alcoholism – First of all, do not have much liquor. Bitter gourd helps to solve all the problems of alcoholism.
Cholera – 2 tea spoons of Bitter gourd juice + 2 tea spoons of Onion juice + One or one and a half tea spoons of lemon juice will be helpful for cholera in early stages.
Diabetes – Happy news to diabetic patients that it is revealed that bitter gourd having a property just like insulin, which is helpful to lower the sugar level of urine. Take juice of a full sized bitter gourd daily in the morning will be quite helpful for diabetic patients.
Piles & Constipation – Piles is related to Constipation. Here it is the leaves of bitter gourd. Take minimum three tea spoons of leaf juice; mix with full glass fresh milk. It is very helpful if you take this mixture in the morning for at least one month, it will surely give relief to your piles problems.
Blood related diseases – Take one cup of bitter gourd juice, mix with one teaspoon of lemon juice. Take it regular in the morning. Almost all diseases related to blood will be cured.
Respiratory Disorders- Bitter gourd plays a vital role to cure cough, cold, asthma, bronchitis, other respiratory disorders. Mix one teaspoon root paste of bitter gourd with same quantity of honey or the juice of basil leaves. Take it before going to bed at night once. You feel the difference.
