Water will make surprising effects in Human Body, if you drink water at the correct time.

1.     Take one glass of water – just after waking up and it helps activate internal organs

3.     Take one glass of water – just before taking a bath and it helps lower blood pleasure.

4.     Take one glass of water – just before going to bed and it avoids stroke or heart attack.
