CBI TO PROBE VS ROLE IN DATA CENTRE DEAL
Kerala State Government informed the Hight Court that it has decided to hand over the investigation into the government data centre contract awarded during LDF government's tenure to CBI.
When the case came up for hearing before the division benchof acting Chief Justice Manjula Chellur and Justice PR Ramachandra Menon, the government submitted that it has decided to hand over the case to CBI
