CENTRE TO DECIDE ON KUTTANAD SCHEME IN 2 WEEKS
Kochi: The Centre on Monday agreed to take a decision on the Rs.424 Crore integrated water supply scheme for Kuttanad within two weeks of time.
This assurance was given by Union Minister for Rural Development during a meeting with Kerala Water Resources Minister P.J. Joseph.
"The state is optimistic of a favourable decision from the Centre" Joseph said.
