PROPERTY DEVELOPER ARRESTED IN CHEATING CASE
Kochi: The Palarivattom Police arrested Gireesh Kumar, owner of Parthasarathy Real Estate Builders and Developers on Friday for not handing over flats to customers, in yet another cheating case involving a realtor.
As per Police, they have already registered 4 cases against Gireesh for cheating and fraud. "The company had promised that the customers would be given flats in different parts of the Ernakulam district, but failed to keep the word.
Earlier this week, Kadavanthara Police had arrested one Mr. Ajay V. George, owner and managing director of Star Homes Builders and Apartments, in connection with a flat cheating case.
