Foot Note: We think our Health Minister is not living in Kerala, but in moon. In alappuzha itself almost all medical college doctors practicing privately and collecting Rs.100.00 minimum per person. It is known that almost all doctors starts their private practice from 3.30 onwards upto 7.30pm. Just go around the old Medical College area, you can just see it.
