One year contractual job and it can be increased for another 2 years if performance is good. The performer shall be have a chance for a permanent job of Assistant Manager Grade A after successful completion of 3 year contractual job. First year salary will be Rs.12000 per month.

PMKVY SCHEMES FOR SKILL DEVELOPMENT It is known as PMKVY (Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana), which is meant for Skill Development in students, is a flagship scheme of the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE). Scheme Guidelines of PMKVY Students can undergo industry relevant skill training, under this scheme, which will help them to secure a better livelihood.
