GENERAL MANAGER KILLED IN MARUTI VIOLENCE
Manesar: The victim of Wednesday's violence at Maruti Suzuki's plant here has been identified as a senior executive of the company, whose charred body was fund at the site of clashes.
Avanish Dev, who was the General Manager in the Human Resource Department was the lone person to have been killed in the violence between the workers and the management at the plant.
The Gurgaon Police on Thursday said 88 Maruti workers have been arrested . DCP Meheshwar Dayal said a special investigation team has been formed headed by Assistant Commissioner of Police Ravinder Tomar with six inspectors to probe the incident.
