HOW TO DIAGNOSE IN AYURVEDA TREATMENT?

Diagnosing disease is the most important thing. And in Ayurveda, how to diagnose diseases?

In Ayurveda, the diagnosis and treatment of disease is always individual to each patient. Indian Medicine names three main causes of disease that relate to whether.we overuse, disuse or misuse our faculties; whether we make errors in judgement, and whether we are influenced by changes in the seasons.

Ayurveda also closely traces the stages of disease, and recommends a wide range of methods to assess people of all levels of health, based on their individual constitution and on that basis, prescribe treatment that is tailored to them.

The Three causes of disease

According to Ayurveda an imbalance of the doshas that govern and indeed make up our physical and metal health is responsible for disease. Imbalance has three causes:

1. the abnormal or unhealthy contact of sense organs with certain objects  ( asatmyendriyartha samyoga)

2. Errors in judgement ( prajnaparadha)

3. the influence of time and the seasons ( parinama)

Rightful perception is the result of coordinating your sensory apparatus with your mind and soul. As long as external stimuli are within normal limits, and the response of your body is also within physiological limits, it is suitable for your body and wholesome contact.

But when stimuli exceed the normal range, they become stressful and the body's response is also an abnormal one.
