I am just seeing everywhere - EMERGING KERALA. Everybody is speaking about it. In a junction, Bus Stop, Train Journey, Bus, Tea shops, Toddy Shops, Grocery Shops.... I don't know ... the rich, the poor, the middle class .... Emerging Kerala.

So what is Emerging Kerala actually? I searched and found that on Facebook itself it got 56977 ( on 11.9.12 at 8.30 pm) likes. So it is something.

PMKVY SCHEMES FOR SKILL DEVELOPMENT It is known as PMKVY (Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana), which is meant for Skill Development in students, is a flagship scheme of the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE). Scheme Guidelines of PMKVY Students can undergo industry relevant skill training, under this scheme, which will help them to secure a better livelihood.
