HOW TO KEEP YOUR HEART HEALTHY?
YES, YOU CAN KEEP YOUR HEART HEALTHY.. BUT HOW?
1. Change your diet to include fruits and vegetables that are rich in antioxidants and fiber and whole grain breads. The earlier you shift to health foods the better. (End punch: No, no I like chicken and mutton... vegetables.. who eat?)
2. Take low fat or skimmed milk. (End Punch: I need malai in it.. phir?)
3. Avoid fried and fast food ( End Punch:but how? enh?)
4. Maintain your body weight. (End Punch: Yeah.. I am now 110 only.. you asking me to decrease?)
5. Quit right away the smoking attitude. (End Punch: Oh, that's not a problem... I will put this matter into my new year resolution)
6. If you are addicted to coffee, try to cut down the number of cups. ( End Punch: Don't lie... why coffee? Its my favorite)
7. Avoid excess alcohol. ( End Punch: Oh.. I am not taking excess... 4-5 pegs daily.. enough)
8. Exercise regularly. ( End Punch: Achcha? I am getting sound sleep in the early morning... Don't tell me to do exercises.. enh?)
9. Keep your blood pressure under control. If you require medication, take it regularly. ( End Punch: I keep myself under control... but when I am angry.. I don't know what I could do?)
10. Avoid emotional stress. Learn to relax. ( End Punch: Oh.. silly)
11. Take extra care to stick to a preventive regime if you have a family history of heart disease.
( End Punch: Its a prestigious disease, why couldn't I hide from others)
12. You can prevent another attack or halt the progression of the disease if you can bring about a significant change in your lifestyle. ( Do not advice... its very simple, be practical )
