CAN LADIES FINGER CURE BLOOD SUGAR?

I am not sure. But I have seen a post on facebook about this. On that the author says to cut the Ladies Finder ( Bhindi) in to two pieces and to put in a glass of water overnight. 

Early in the morning, before taking anything, you take the water from glass.

The author assures a decrease in Blood sugar,within two weeks, if you regular do this practice.

PMKVY SCHEMES FOR SKILL DEVELOPMENT It is known as PMKVY (Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana), which is meant for Skill Development in students, is a flagship scheme of the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE). Scheme Guidelines of PMKVY Students can undergo industry relevant skill training, under this scheme, which will help them to secure a better livelihood.
