Coconut and coconut oil are now widely introduced as the enemy of human body.. Doctor says 'No' to coconut oil, because it generates unwanted ailments causes cancer, heart attack etc.etc.

If you avoid coconut oil from your diets, you will be fit and otherwise you will be in trouble with blood sugar, cholesterol etc.
