LIQUOR SALES DIPS AFTER NEW POLICY IN KERALA 

Liquor sales has come down by 4% in Kerala State after the government introduced new  liquor policy. Releasing the half-yearly figures, excise minister K Babu said 116.15 lakh cases were sold during April-September in 2014 as against 120.70 lakh cases during April-September m2013.
