When it comes to bodybuilding, only Arnold Swazenegger's 22-inch arms and Sylvester Stollen's wide chest come into their minds.

In this game of bodybuilding, Hollywood heroes are the most remembered. But with the change of time, apart from men, women too have started trying their hand in this game.

Professional women's bodybuilding has been happening in many countries outside India for many days, but even after India's malevolent culture, 'Sibalika Saha', who lives in Kolkata city of India, has become the first Indian female bodybuilder who has Participated in the Women's Bodybuilding Championship.

The craze of bodybuilding is increasing in women as much as men are.

Many women spend many hours exercising in the gym like men to build their bodies. Due to this craze, 35-year-old Sibalika Saha of Kolkata thought of bodybuilding after seeing Hollywood superstar Arnold Swaznegar in films and after that, she started exercising in the gym.

Seeing the positive changes in her body due to daily hard work, Sibalika Saha's enthusiasm for bodybuilding started to increase, due to which she first participated in the Regional Bodybuilding Competition in 2011 and performed 5th to perform well. The encouragement received by the people made Sibalika Saha more serious for bodybuilding. Due to which Sibalika became the first Indian woman to participate in the 2012 World Woman Body Building Championship. After this competition, people started calling her Indian Superwoman.

But it was not so easy for Sibalika to make her future in sports like bodybuilding. When Sibalika decided to start bodybuilding, Sibalika's husband was not happy with her. He did not like to exercise Shibalika in this way. All these things started to increase the tension between them and their marriage started to break down. Troubled by the daily feud, Sibalika divorced her husband and devoted her entire life to bodybuilding.

Sibalika Saha takes part in the 55 kg category for India in the bodybuilding competition. The arms of the Sibalika are 15.5 inches. Interestingly, Akshay Kumar and Siddharth Malhotra, who are counted among some of Bollywood's most talented actors, do not have that much.

Due to this strong and healthy body of Sibalika Saha, many times people consider her as a boy.

Sibalika says about this because of such a compact body and short hair, it is difficult for people to recognize me and they get confused between the boy and the girl but all these things do not bother me, but make people happy. You are giving me the right notice for one time only.
