WE HAVE KILLED FOES, CPM NOT SCARE TO OWN IT : MANI Kottayam: " Yes, we have killed the enemies of CPM. We have shot, stabbed and beaten them to death. A hit list of party enemies was prepared and each of them was executed in that order." This statement, which dares the basic principles of democracy, was made by MM Mani, CPM Idukki district secretaryand a close confidant of CPM state secretary Pinarayi Vijayan, at Manakkad in Idukki on Friday night.  Addressing a public meeting organised  to explain the CPM's stand on the murder of TP Chandrasekharan, Mani claimed that the CPM would never hesitate  to kill political rivals and it will continue to eliminate them in future also. The comments of Mani, which left the CPM with egg on its face, soon became a huge debate with the videoclips making it to social sites to further dent the image of the party. How to store Insulin? How to store Insulin? Storing insulin is the thing we should take care of. Patients should check the expiry date of the insulin at first. The vials should be stored in refrigerator. Insulin is a stable medicine and will usually maintain its potency till its expiry date.  Check that the temperature inside the refrigerator. Never freeze insulin. If a vial gets accidentally frozen, throw it away.  The vial that is currently in use can be kept at room temperature ( in the coolest possible  place) for up to six weeks ( or four weeks for Penfill cartridges). Avoid exposing the vials to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures. Long exposure to direct sunlight will gradually degrade insulin and give it a yellow brown colour. Do not use the insulin if this has occurred. Don't keep insulin in places that tend to become very hot, like the glove compartment of the car or on top of TV set. Cloudy insulin can form clumps when not properly stored or when subjected to hours

NUPUR DENIED BAIL, SENT TO JAIL A sessions court has reserved till Tuesday its order on the bail ploea of Nupur Talwar; who was refused bail earlier on Monday by a special CBI court in Ghaziabad where the Talwars are to be tried for murder, criminal conspiracy and destruction of evidence in their daughter Aarushi's murder.  After the CBI judge said she did not have the jurisdiction decide on bail, Nupur's lawyers moved the sessions court, she will spend the night in Dasna jail.
